Emin Agalarov will build 19 more residential buildings in Baku

The Main Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Baku under the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture issued Nardaran İnvest LLC a permit to build residential buildings on the territory of the Sea Breeze recreation area, located in the village of Nardaran, Sabunchu district of Baku.

Yeniavaz.com reports with reference to published official information, Nardaran İnvest LLC will build a total of 21 residential buildings:

6 5-story (+basement) residential buildings with 54 apartments each;

4 6-storey (+basement) residential buildings with 66 apartments each;

4 7-storey (+basement) residential buildings with 78 apartments each.

In addition, Nardaran İnvest LLC will build 2 5-storey and 3 6-storey residential buildings, the total number of apartments in these buildings will be 239.

For information, earlier the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture issued a permit to Nardaran İnvest LLC for the construction of numerous residential buildings on the territory of the Sea Breeze recreation area, located in the northern part of the Nardaran village in the Sabunchu district of Baku.

It should be noted that the “Sea Breeze” complex belongs to People’s Artist Emin Agalarov. This complex includes villas, apartments, hotels, as well as recreational and entertainment facilities.
